Padding Press

RTS Bindery Services - Padding Our Pad Padding Press is used for padding carbonless forms, note pads, and scratch pads. We have three large Presses. From our cutters, paper stock is placed directly to the press. Each press can easily handle most padding jobs. Our Pad Padding Press features 360° rotation, which makes padding even easier.

Our Padding Press can pad up to 10,000 sheets of paper. The padding press has a clamping mechanism that holds paper in place while glue is applied to the spine. Once the glue is dry, the padded paper can be removed and a new stack of paper can be placed in the press maintaining a continuous process.
